Cancellation and Refund Policy

Client cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit the session fee.

Our cancellations: If we need to cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Refunds: Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 14 business days.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and recipes, is the property of terra-jump or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
